Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made to order specifically for you, which means your product is created only after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, color preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please read our full policy below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom printed and fulfilled after purchase. Since we do not keep inventory on hand, we cannot restock returned items or resell them.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong color

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Not liking the fit or style

  • Accidental purchases

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Please review the product description, size chart, color options, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund if the item qualifies.

Examples of eligible issues include:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The print is clearly defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, we recommend sizing up or comparing the measurements to an item you already own.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that product colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, monitor differences, and printing variations. Slight color differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in production or has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:

  • Members of your household

  • Neighbors

  • Your building, front desk, or mailroom

  • Your local post office or shipping carrier

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item is in production, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor color variations

  • Customer preference issues

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us using the contact us form in our website, within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the problem.
